Narrows Brewing is proud to partner with friends at Evergreen State Brewing for the upcoming release of Grodziskie, brewed at Narrows . Launching at both of Narrow’s taprooms (Proctor and Waterfront - 9007 S 19th St), this collaboration celebrates a historic and highly unique beer style.

The beer draws inspiration from classic Polish “Champagne” beers. Built on a simple grain bill of wheat and smoked wheat malt, it features a firm, refreshing bitterness from Polish hops that balances soft, bready malt character with subtle campfire smoke. Light, highly carbonated, and exceptionally drinkable, this Grodziskie honors tradition while showcasing the creativity and craftsmanship shared between the two breweries.
