Tacoma Beer Week Basecamp: Tacoma Tree Foundation

  • Peaks & Pints 3816 North 26th Street Tacoma, WA, 98407 United States (map)

Tacoma Beer Week Basecamp continues Tuesday at Peaks & Pints with an evening rooted in community, sustainability, and growing Tacoma greener — one pint and one tree at a time.

Tacoma Beer Week is a citywide celebration of breweries, neighborhood bars, and the people who move between them with curiosity and intention. Peaks & Pints’ Tacoma Beer Week Basecamp is a daily event in itself — a place to gather, take stock, experience the day’s featured Peaks & Pints event, and then decide where the rest of the night leads.

For this Basecamp, Peaks & Pints welcomes the Tacoma Tree Foundation for a Greenery Giveaway from 5 to 8 p.m., bringing approximately 25 young trees for patrons to take home and plant. During the event, Peaks & Pints will donate all proceeds from draft sales directly to the Tacoma Tree Foundation, supporting urban canopy programs that help neighborhoods grow cooler, greener, and more connected.

To match the theme, the Western redcedar tap log will feature beers with pine, spruce, and forest-inspired notes — selections chosen for their resinous, evergreen character and Pacific Northwest spirit.

This Basecamp isn’t about rushing to the next stop. It’s a moment to gather, share a pint for a good cause, and leave with something that will keep growing long after Tacoma Beer Week ends.
Start here. Take a tree. Help Tacoma grow.
